Narrative:

ロシア軍の民間協力隊DOSAAF所属の Let L-410UVP-E3 がロシア・タタールスタン共和国のメンゼリンスクで墜落し、16名が死亡した。同機にはスカイダイビング要員20名とパイロット二名が搭乗していた。

同機はメンセリンスク空港を離陸直後にパイロットから一番エンジン（左）の不調を訴え、空港へ戻りたいとの連絡が入った。同機は滑走路に並行して飛行した後、墜落し、コンクリート壁と木材置き場に激突した。

Narrative:
Sierra West Airlines flight PKW887, a Dassault Falcon 20CC, N283SA, was destroyed when it impacted trees and terrain while on approach to Thomson-McDuffie County Airport (HQU/KHQU), Thomson, Georgia. The captain and first officer were fatally injured.

The final ADS-B data point (located 1.1 nautical miles from Rwy 10 threshold) showed a descent rate of -1,600 feet per minute at 700 MSL (200' AGL) and a ground speed of 133 Kts. The Field elevation is 500.9' MSL. Lowest permitted decent on any approach to Rwy 10 is 400/1.

 ここにきてロシア絡みの事故が増えているのが気になります。今回の事故機はしばらく行方不明とされておりましたが、正式に事故喪失と判定されたものです。

 LPS Flight Checks & System所属のアントノフAn-26機が消息を絶った。最後のレーダーコンタクト地点はロシア、ハバロフスクから38㎞地点だった。

翌日へリコプターがフレブトヴァヤ山（標高793ｍ）で機体残骸を発見した。

同機は飛行点検用に使われ、ハバロフスク空港を拠点としていた。

Narrative:

デハビランドカナダDHC-6ツィンオッターがパプアのインタンジャヤリージェンシーのスガパ地方で森林に激突した。同機はリンブンエアが運航していた。機内の三名が全員死亡した。

同機はナビレを06：40に離陸し、建築資材をビロガイ／スガパ空港へ搬送する途中だった。無線交信の最後は07：30で、機体残骸は標高2,400メートル地点に散布した。事故発生時では乗員の生死は不明だった。
