Narrative:
A DHC-6 Twin Otter 300 operated by Tara Air impacted a mountainside at 14500 feet while on a domestic flight from Pokhara to Jomsom, Nepal.

Narrative:

Preliminary reports state that the aircraft departed Yaoundé-Nsimalen Airport at 12:46 hours on a flight to Dompta and Belabo. The flight was expected to arrive at Dompta at 14:34.

Narrative:
China Eastern Airlines flight 5735, a Boeing 737-800, crashed in a mountain range in Tengxian, Guangxi, China, according to local media.
The aircraft departed Kunming International Airport at 05:15 UTC on a domestic passenger service to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. ADS-B flight tracking data from Flightradar24 shows the aircraft at 29,100 feet until data show a sudden and steep descent at 06:22 UTC.

中国東方航空5735便（ボーイング737-800）が江西省藤縣の山脈地に墜落したと現地メディアが報じている。同機は昆明国際空港を 05:15 UTCに離陸し、広州白雲国際空港に向かっていた。ADS-Bを使うFlightradar 24では同機は高度29，100フィートだったが06:22 UTCに突如高度を急に下げている。

CCTV footage and dashcam appears to show the aircraft in an extremely steep descent before it crashed in a wooded mountainous area.

中国CCTV報道などは同機が著しい急降下で森林に激突したとある。

The location where the descent from 29100 feet was initiated, coincides with the point where flight MU5735 began its descent (also from 29100 feet), the day before the accident.

2022年3月18日　米海兵隊所属MV-22B、4名死亡

今回はターミナル2と共通記事です。

米海兵隊のMV-22Bオスプレイのティルトローターがノルウェー北部で消息を絶ち、搭乗員4名が行方不明になった。同機は、ノルウェーの厳寒の中で戦闘技術を訓練するNATOの「コールド・レスポンス」演習でノルウェーに展開していた。その後同機搭乗員の海兵隊員4名の死亡が確認された。

　ノルウェーの救助機関　Hovedredningssentralen (HRS) Northern Norwayは、同機が現地時間午後6時頃、訓練後にノールランド地方のボーデ空軍基地に着陸していないのを確認したと発表した。MV-22は午後6時26分に行方不明と報告された。最後の確認位置は、ボーデ南方で、北極圏と重なるノルウェー最大の山脈Saltfjellet上だった。

　現地時間午後9時17分、ノールランドのベイアーン自治体のグロトーダレン渓谷が墜落現場らしいとわかった。しかし、悪天候のため、救助隊は現場に移動できなかった。

　HRSは「現地気象条件は厳しく、さらなる悪化が予想される」と述べた。

　オスプレイ捜索には、ボーデから発進した救助ヘリコプターに加えノルウェー空軍（RNoAF）のP-3オライオン哨戒機も参加した。ボーデとオーランドの両空軍基地には、シーキングMk43Bと最新のAW101 Mk612救難ヘリコプター分遣隊が配備されている。

　墜落現場が特定され、地元警察と連携した地上捜索活動も行われてる。

　国防総省が公開した画像では、海兵隊中型ティルトローター飛行隊261（VMM-261）「レイジング・ブルズ」が2022年寒冷地対応演習に参加しており、同隊所属のオスプレイが事故にあった可能性を示唆している。

　演習には、NATO以外に地域パートナーのフィンランドやスウェーデン含む27カ国から、約3万人の部隊、220機の航空機、50隻の艦船が参加している。訓練は3月14日から4月1日まで行われる。

　今年は、ロシアのウクライナ侵攻に加えNATOとクレムリン間の緊張の高まりにより、コールドレスポンス演習の意味が重要になっている。

　バーバラ・バレット空軍長官（当時）は、空軍が2020年に北極圏戦略を発表した際、「北極圏は今日、世界で最も戦略的重要な地域の一つで、米空軍と宇宙軍が警戒を行う要だ」と述べていた。これは、ロシアの脅威に対抗するために、同地域でのプレゼンスを高めることが求められている。

　コールドレスポンス演習では、北極圏含む寒冷地での作戦を経験させるだけでなく、北欧でNATOとロシアが対立する際に重要な作戦地域となるノルウェーへの援軍展開も試されている。

　このような背景から、コールドレスポンス演習は陸・海・空で構成されるマルチドメイン演習として実施されている。今年は、大西洋での海上フェーズに始まり、航空作戦に焦点を当てた第2フェーズ、最後に水陸両用上陸と陸上戦闘の訓練が行われる。

Update 3/19/2022:

　悪天候の中、ノルウェー当局はボーデの南、ベイアーンのグラエタエダレンの墜落現場に今朝早く、たどり着けた。到着後、搭乗員4人全員の死亡を確認した。事故原因は引き続き調査中。遺体回収の発表はまだない。

　ノルウェーのヨナス・ガール・ストーレJonas Gahr Støre首相はツイートで、「昨夜の飛行機事故で4人の米軍隊員が死亡したとのメッセージを受け取り、大変悲しく思っている」と述べた。「家族、親族、部隊の同僚に深い哀悼の意を表する」。 ■

Narrative:
A Ukraine Air Force Antonov An-26 transport plane is reported to have crashed. A photo is circulating on social media that purportedly shows the burnt wreckage of an An-26 in a field.
Unconfirmed reports suggest five out of 14 occupants were killed and that the aircraft was shot down by Russian forces.

ウクライナ空軍のAn-26輸送機が墜落した。ソーシャルメディア上に写真が流布しており、An-26の残骸が写っている。未確認記事では機内14名中5名が死亡したとあり、同機はロシア軍が撃墜したとある。
