Narrative:
A Raytheon 390 Premier I impacted a highway in Elmina, Shah Alam, after a loss of control while on approach to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (SZB/WMSA), Kuala Lumpur.
The two pilots, six passengers, a car driver and a motor cyclist on the ground perished.

Preliminary information indicates that the aircraft first contacted the SZB ATC at 14:47 local time, a landing clearance was given at 14:48, and three minutes later, the ATC noticed smoke coming from the crash site. Online photos and a car dashcam indicates that the airplane impacted the ground at a high rate of descent, bursting into flames. The wreckage was highly fragmentated and spread over the highway and a wooded area.

エア・インディア171便事故はボーイング787初の機体喪失となった（Simple Flying)

速報 エア・インディア ボーイング787が離陸中に墜落 この記事は航空機事故を専門に扱うT4と民間機の話題を中心とするターミナル1共通記事とします。 Photo: Media_works | Shutterstock 6 月12日、ロンドン・ガトウィック行きのボーイング787-8ドリームライナー、エア・インディア171便がアーメダバードのサルダール・ヴァラブバイ・パテル国際空港を離陸直後に墜落した。機体の最終信号は高度約625フィートの低空で記録され、空港近くの住宅街に墜落した。詳細はまだ明らかになっていないが、当局は、搭乗していたと思われる242人のうち生存者は1人だけかもしれないと指摘している。 ボーイング787 ローンチカスタマー 全日空 メーカー ボーイング 航空機タイプ ワイドボディ 今回の事故は、ボーイング787型機が2011年に商業運航を開始して以来、初めて確認された機体喪失となった。ドリームライナー・ファミリーは、10年以上にわたって運航され、死亡事故はなく、事故はほんの一握りで、強力な安全記録を築いてきた。同機種は現在、世界の80社以上の航空会社で使用されており、世界中の長距離路線戦略の中心となっている。 エア・インディア171便墜落事故： これまでに判明していること 171便はロンドン・ガトウィック空港行きの定期便で、事故機はエア・インディアのボーイング787-8型機27機のうちの1機で、同社に納入された初期のドリームライナーVT-ANBであった。 同機は2012年後半に就航し、11年以上にわたって運航されていた。現場からの映像では、機体が徐々に高度を下げ、火球となって噴出する様子が映し出されている。 衝突地点は、付近の医療施設での医師の集合住宅だと確認された。 　アーメダバード空港の運航は一時停止され、その後再開された。 調査はインドの航空機事故調査局（AAIB）が主導し、飛行データ、整備履歴、構造記録の調査が行われる。米国国家運輸安全委員会（NTSB）からの支援も確認されており、複数の報道によれば、英国のAAIBも支援を申し出ている。 　インドの民間航空局（DGCA）は、乗員が離陸直後にMAYDAYコールを発したことを確認したが、それ以上の連絡はなかった。ボーイング社のケリー・オートバーグCEO兼社長は声明で次のように...
