インドでインシデントが2日で3件発生した キャッシュフローに不安なエアラインの機体整備は大丈夫なのか

ここ数日、インドの航空会社による緊急着陸が続いた。しかし、7月15日16日とインドの3空港コチン、チェンナイ、コルカタで48時間に国際航空会社が3回緊急事態を宣言した。幸運なことに3機とも無事着陸し、負傷者も出なかった。

インドの航空会社が技術的な不具合や緊急着陸で話題になっているが、先週は2日間で国際航空会社3社がインドで緊急事態を宣言した。

　まず、金曜日に南インドのケララ州にあるコチン国際空港（COK）で緊急事態が宣言された。シャルジャ発のエア・アラビア定期便（G9 426）が油圧系統の故障を報告し、空港は完全な警戒態勢に入った。

エアバスA321は19時29分に無事着陸し、空港長S Suhasは、このような着陸はこれまでなく、事態処理に満足していると表明した。緊急事態は20時22分に解除されたが、Go First (G8 336　Kannur行き) と Air Arabia Abu Dhabi (3L 125 Coimbatore行き) の2便が迂回させられた。

　同日、コロンボとチェンナイを結ぶスリランカエアラインズ便も目的地に近づいて緊急事態を宣言した。UL 121便も油圧問題に直面し、チェンナイ国際空港（MAA）は完全な緊急事態を宣言した。Livemintによると、手順通り滑走路の脇にクラッシュテンダーが配置されたが、幸いエアバスA330にその必要はなかったようだ。

3件目はその翌日、アディスアベバ発バンコク行きのエチオピアエアラインズ便が、コルカタのネタジ・スバス・チャンドラ・ボース国際空港（CCU）に与圧の問題で緊急着陸したことだった。着陸に成功した後、機体は修理のため駐機場に牽引された。

　インド航空規制当局DGCAは、事故3件を調査する。

インドの航空会社2社も予定外の停機を実施

土曜日には、インドの航空会社2社も第3の空港に迂回した。そのうちの1便（6E 1046）は、UAEのシャルジャからハイデラバード間を運航するIndiGoのエアバス A320neoで、飛行開始から2時間後にカラチへ着陸を余儀なくされた。

　迂回の理由はまだわかっていない。IndiGoは、パイロットが「技術的欠陥」を確認し、ハイデラバードまで洋上飛行を続けるより、安全のためにダイバートを決めたと発表した。

同日の夕方、コジコデからドバイへのフライトIX355を運航していたAir India Express機は、機内で焦げた臭いがしたと報告し、関係者によると、異臭は前方調理室の通気口の一つから発生し、パイロットはボーイング737をマスカットへ迂回を決定した。

インド航空大臣がハイレベル会合を開催

インドの航空会社があいついで飛行中に技術的な不具合に直面したのを受け、インドの民間航空大臣Jyotiraditya Scindiaは日曜日にDGCAと民間航空省の関係者と、航空会社への監督強化の方法を議論した。Hindustan Timesは、同省関係者の発言を引用している。

「DGCAによる安全監視を強化し、さらに向上させるための指令が出された。航空規制当局と同省は、最近の事故すべてを注意深く監視し、そのような発生を減らすべく軌道修正を試みている」■

The Learjet 35A, LV-BPA, crashed on takeoff from Río Grande Airport, Argentina. Both pilots and two medical personnel were killed.

The aircraft had departed San Fernando Airport, BA (FDO) in the morning on a medical transportation flight to Comodoro Rivadavia Airport, CB (CRD) and Río Grande Airport, TF (RGA). The accident occurred when the aircraft was returning to base.

同機はサンフェルナンド空港を同日朝出発し、医療搬送でコモドロ・リヴァダヴィア空港、さらにリオ・グランデ空港に移動していた。事故は同機が基地に帰還する際に発生した。
