Narrative:
Air France flight AF483, a Boeing 777-328ER (F-GSQT), and Delta Air Lines flight DL80, an Airbus A330-941 (N411DX), were involved in a ground collision accident at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG).

ADS-B data suggest that AF483 had landed on runway 26L and was stationary on taxiway UT3 when DL80 was taxiing behind it on taxiway T at 11:31 when the collision occurred.

プリゴジン搭乗（？）機の墜落事故について続報

ワグネルのエフゲニー・プリゴジンが武装蜂起に失敗し2ヶ月後、本人が搭乗といわれるビジネスジェットが墜落した

　悪名高い民間軍事会社「ワグネル」のトップ、エフゲニー・プリゴジンが搭乗したビジネスジェット機「エンブラエル・レガシー600」が、モスクワ北西に位置するロシアのトヴェリ地方で墜落し、搭乗者全員が死亡した。プリゴジンは6月のプーチン大統領との対立で墜落したが、彼の消息は不明。

　ロシア非常事態省と連邦航空輸送庁はともに墜落を確認し、生存者はないと発表したが、事件当時、実際に誰が搭乗していたかは不明のままである。公式の乗客名簿には、プリゴジンとドミトリー・ウトキン（元ロシア軍情報・特殊作戦将校でワグネルの創設メンバー）を含む3名の乗員と7名の乗客が記載されていた。公式調査が進行中である。

　墜落したエンブラエル・レガシー600はロシアの登録番号RA-02795を持ち、事故当時サンクトペテルブルクに向かっていた。この航空機は、プリゴジンが反乱に失敗した後、クレムリンとの公式取引の一環としてベラルーシに連れてきたとされる航空機と同じもの。同機はワグネルと直接的なつながりがあることで知られている。

　プリゴジンに関連するもう1機のビジネスジェット機、登録番号RA-02748のエンブラエル・レガシー650は、当時飛行中で、現在はモスクワに着陸している。これにより、ワグネルのボスが実際に乗っていた航空機が何であったかについて疑問が生じる可能性がある。彼は変装やその他の手段を使って実際の動きを隠してきた長い歴史がある。

　つい数日前、プリゴジンはアフリカのサヘル地域で撮影されたとされるビデオを公開し、同地域での仕事を宣伝した。その映像がいつ撮影されたのかは不明だ。ワグネルはアフリカの複数国に進出しており、つい最近クーデターが起きたばかりのニジェールでは、このグループが要因になることが懸念されている。

　ロシアの防空部隊がRA-02795を撃墜したとの憶測もすでにある。地上から撮影されたビデオでは、複数の大きな音が聞こえているが、ロシア政府側が直接行動したという確たる証拠はまだない。

　とはいえ、今年初めのプリゴジン大統領による反乱未遂事件の後、本誌では、ワグネルのボスがある種の演出された事故の犠牲者で終わる可能性が非常に現実的であることを強調していた。

　この事件については、たとえプリゴジンの死亡が確認されても、当面は未確認のまま、あるいは少なくとも論争の的となる可能性が高い。

プリゴジンがトヴェリで墜落したビジネスジェットに搭乗していたか否かについて、親ロシア派とワグネル派のソーシャルメディアアカウントで矛盾した主張が続いている。ワグネルとつながりのあるグレイゾーンのテレグラム・チャンネルは特に、検証された情報を待つよう促している。

　ウラジーミル・ロゴフというウクライナの政治家は、占領下のザポリツィア地方でロシア政権のために働いているが、ワグネルのメンバーからプリゴジンとウトキンが死んだと聞いたと主張している。もちろん、これは未確認のままだ。

　また、プリゴジンは今日、アフリカ大陸から他のワグネル幹部とともに確かに帰国したという報告もある。

　アメリカ政府は今のところ、プリゴジンが墜落事故で死亡したことを肯定も否定もしない。

　ホワイトハウスは声明で、「大統領はロシアで報告された飛行機事故について説明を受けた。

　「我々は報告書を見た。もし確認されれば、誰も驚くべきではない」とホワイトハウスの国家安全保障会議報道官エイドリアン・ワトソンはポリティコのアレックス・ウォードに語った。「ウクライナでの悲惨な戦争は、モスクワに進軍する私兵につながった」。ワトソンはまた、同様の声明をソーシャルメディアに直接投稿した。

　ポリティコのナハル・トゥーシ記者はソーシャルメディアに、"ロシア政策に詳しい米政府高官 "が "仕出し屋は、復讐は冷めてから食べるのが一番おいしい料理だと知っているはずだ "と発言したと投稿している。

　CIA長官のビル・バーンズは、プリゴジンが「さらなる報復」に直面する可能性について、先月のアスペン・セキュリティ・フォーラムでも似たようなことを言っていた。

ワグネルにリンクされたグレイゾーン電報チャンネルは、プリゴジンとウトキンが墜落で死亡したとするロシアの情報源に加わった。グレイ・ゾーンはまた、証拠もなく、この事故は「ロシアへの裏切り者の行動」の結果だと主張し、「地獄でも彼（プリゴジン）は最高だ！ロシアに栄光あれ！"

　イギリスの『フィナンシャル・タイムズ』もまた、ある無名の "西側当局者 "が、プリゴジンのジェット機がロシアの防空網に撃墜されたと "聞いた "と同紙に伝えたと報じているが、裏付け情報はない。

　さらに、より広範なワグネル組織のメンバーが、プリゴジンの死について公式な報告を受けているという未確認情報もある。

Narrative:
An Embraer Legacy 600 jet crashed in a field near Kuzhenkino, Tver Region, Russia, and burst into flames. All three crew members and seven passengers have died.

Videos posted on social media, purportedly of the accident, show an aircraft spiralling down with a white vapour/smoke trail. Other imagery shows the burning wreckage of the aircraft in a field.

Narrative:
A Raytheon 390 Premier I impacted a highway in Elmina, Shah Alam, after a loss of control while on approach to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (SZB/WMSA), Kuala Lumpur.
The two pilots, six passengers, a car driver and a motor cyclist on the ground perished.

Preliminary information indicates that the aircraft first contacted the SZB ATC at 14:47 local time, a landing clearance was given at 14:48, and three minutes later, the ATC noticed smoke coming from the crash site. Online photos and a car dashcam indicates that the airplane impacted the ground at a high rate of descent, bursting into flames. The wreckage was highly fragmentated and spread over the highway and a wooded area.
